Each project is unique and requires rigorous technical planning. We are looking for a Production and Methods Coordinator to orchestrate the manufacturing of our molds and industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role: your technical expertise is your primary tool for defining machining strategies and driving project execution in the shop.

Main Responsibilities
- Machining process planning: Analyze technical drawings to establish manufacturing strategies (sequence, tooling, time, machines).
- Technical scheduling: Plan and prioritize operations (CNC, EDM, assembly) based on shop floor realities and machine capacity.
- Continuous improvement: Work closely on a daily basis with machinists/toolmakers and the foreman to adjust processes, validate estimated times, and resolve technical issues.
- Workflow management: Maintain and optimize project flows within our ERP system (TS Tracker).
- Production follow-up: Identify bottlenecks and actively intervene to ensure customer deadlines are met.
Ideal Candidate
- Required technical expertise: Hands-on experience in a machining environment (toolpaths, machining time, tooling).
- Operational skills: Strong understanding of processes (3- to 5-axis CNC, EDM, conventional machining).
- Blueprint reading: Ability to interpret complex drawings and visualize the manufacturing process.
- Hands-on approach: Comfortable discussing machining strategies with machinists and adapting to shop floor realities.
- Education: DEC in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent hands-on shop experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of ERP
